      Prepare for the surgery

Like any other surgery that requires anesthesia your plastic surgeon will tell you to quit smoking at least two weeks before the surgery and do not get on any diet.
You will have to tell him or her about all the medication you take so he can tell you stop taking them if necessary.
Make sure that you have everything you need at your house for after the surgery. Like ice packs, loose fitting clothes and do not forget a hand held shower head and maybe a bathroom chair. also make sure you have someone to drive you home after the surgery and there is someone with you at night. Try to get in the best shape you can before the surgery by eating healthy and nutritious meals.
